Cybersecurity
22 cybersecurity services for Singapore and Philippine organisations, from threat intelligence and attack surface management to detection and response, zero trust, cloud security, VAPT, and compliance, delivered with the same engineering discipline we bring to software and cloud.
Security designed in, not bolted on
Most organisations do not need another dashboard. They need to know which exposures matter, have the right controls configured properly, detect attacks early, and show regulators and customers credible evidence. WC1 approaches cybersecurity the way we approach software delivery: clear scope, named ownership, documented decisions, and outcomes you can verify.
Because we also build custom software, AI systems, cloud platforms, and integrations, security is not a separate conversation. We secure what we build, and we secure what you already run, using the platforms you own before recommending anything new.
- Intelligence-led: priorities driven by real threats to your sector and region
- Remediation-driven: findings end in fixes with owners and verification
- Vendor-neutral integration across the major security platforms
- Singapore and Philippine regulatory context built into every deliverable
- Honest coverage terms: hours and responsibilities written into every scope

Assess, build, operate, and hand over
Whether you start with a single assessment or a multi-year programme, engagements follow the same accountable pattern.
1. Assess and prioritise
We review your environment, threats, obligations, and existing tooling, then agree a short list of priorities with measurable outcomes. Assessments are read-only unless you authorise otherwise.
2. Build and integrate
We configure, tune, and integrate controls through your change process, with documentation, rollback plans, and evidence that each control works as intended.
3. Operate or transfer
We co-operate services during agreed coverage hours, integrate vendor-run services where round-the-clock monitoring is needed, or hand over runbooks so your team owns them.
Platforms we integrate
Our catalogue maps to the service categories of the largest security platforms and to specialist external risk platforms. We regularly work with Palo Alto Networks, Cisco (including Splunk), Fortinet, Microsoft Security, and CrowdStrike, plus Check Point Exposure Management (formerly Cyberint) for threat intelligence, attack surface, and digital risk protection, and specialist tools where they fit better.
WC1 is vendor-neutral. Naming a platform describes technology we integrate and operate; it does not imply a partnership, reseller agreement, or vendor certification. We recommend new tools only when they close a gap your current stack cannot.
- XDR, EDR, and SIEM consoles you already license, tuned rather than replaced
- Cloud-native security services on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and CyberArk
- Ticketing and workflow in Jira, ServiceNow, or your existing ITSM
Built for Singapore and Philippine obligations
Every service page explains how the work supports the rules your auditors and customers ask about.
Singapore
MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and Notice on Cyber Hygiene, MAS incident notification timelines, the Cybersecurity Act and CSA’s Cybersecurity Code of Practice for CII, CSA Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust marks, the PDPA’s protection and breach notification obligations, and IM8 for government systems and vendors.
Philippines
BSP Circular 982 on information security and Circular 1140 on IT risk management, the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (AFASA), the Data Privacy Act and NPC rules including 72-hour breach notification, DICT’s National Cybersecurity Plan, and CERT-PH coordination for government agencies.
Regional programmes
Singapore-led programmes with Philippine operations, offshore development centres, and shared services need controls that satisfy both regimes at once. We map one control set to both, so evidence is collected once and reused.
Common questions about WC1 cybersecurity services
Straight answers before you scope an engagement.
Where should we start if we have limited budget?
Usually with visibility and the basics: an external attack surface baseline, identity hardening such as MFA for administrators, email security tuning, and an incident response tabletop. These deliver large risk reductions for modest effort. A short assessment will tell you which applies first.
Do you run a 24/7 security operations centre?
We do not claim one. Where round-the-clock monitoring is required, we integrate and co-manage a platform vendor’s managed detection and response service, and our own coverage hours are defined in each statement of work.
Do you deliver penetration testing?
Yes. WC1 scopes, coordinates, and delivers VAPT engagements and remediation across web, API, mobile, network, and cloud, including grey-box assessment of a Philippine government system, with retesting included so you have evidence of closure. For Singapore engagements we confirm the CSA licensing position at scoping and use a CSA-licensed provider for testing where required.
Are you tied to a particular security vendor?
No. We integrate the platforms you already own and compare options objectively when something new is needed. We do not claim partnerships or reseller status we do not hold.
Can you help us meet MAS TRM, PDPA, or BSP requirements?
Yes. Our compliance and advisory service runs gap assessments and roadmaps, and every technical service produces evidence mapped to the relevant Singapore and Philippine frameworks. Independent auditors and certification bodies still issue the final opinions.
How does cybersecurity connect to your other services?
Security is built into our custom software, AI solutions, cloud and infrastructure, and integration work. The cybersecurity pillar extends that discipline to your entire environment.
