Agreement
By accessing or using https://wc1entreventures.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to website visitors and business contacts. Separate written agreements govern paid services and project work.

What the Site is for
We publish information about our capabilities in custom software, AI solutions, intelligent automation, cloud and infrastructure, integration, and managed scale for organizations in Asia Pacific—especially Singapore and the Philippines. Content is for general business information only. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data
- Probe, scan, or overload the Site in a way that impairs its availability
- Scrape or harvest content or contact details for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Upload malware or interfere with other users
Inquiries and consultations
Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Any engagement for services requires a separate written agreement (for example, a statement of work or master services agreement).
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s text, branding, layout, graphics, and other materials are owned by WC1 Entreventures or its licensors. You may view and share links for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial reuse without our prior written consent, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link back to the source page.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or current for your decision-making.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WC1 Entreventures and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability related to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us specifically for website access (if any—typically none) or (b) SGD 100, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, fraud or certain statutory rights).

Changes
We may update these Terms of Use and the Site content from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, reflecting our primary commercial hub for APAC engagements. Courts in Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are based in the Philippines or elsewhere in APAC, mandatory local consumer or other protections (if any) that cannot be waived still apply to the extent required by law. These website terms do not change the governing law of any separate services contract unless that contract says so.
