Client: Department of Energy (DOE) — Energy Utilization Management Bureau (EUMB)
Live system: pelp.eumb.ph
Pillar: Custom Software · Regulated product compliance
The problem
Importers, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers of covered energy-consuming products must register under the Philippine Energy Labeling Program, request orders of payment, submit product data, and obtain energy labels—including QR-coded labels—through DOE processes. Offline and email-heavy paths create delay, incomplete dossiers, and weak public verification of approved labels.
What we delivered
WC1 Entreventures designed and delivered the PELP Online Portal used for company registration, product registration, payment-order requests, and energy-label issuance workflows under DOE-EPRED procedures. The live site is the official public face of the program online.

- Company registration under PELP for covered market actors
- Product registration and label-related workflows, including order-of-payment requests
- Energy label generation path with QR inclusion as described in DOE PELP issuance procedures
- Public-facing portal for program access and label-related verification journeys

Outcome (public, verifiable)
The portal is live at https://pelp.eumb.ph/. Public metadata describes it as the official online portal for PELP under DOE—energy efficiency compliance, product registration, and monitoring. We do not invent registration volumes or label counts on this page.
