Public site, live wall map, and brand and operations desks for a Philippine below-the-line media network: sari-sari fascia, JeepWraps corridors, sidecar banners and palengke headers. Live at adroomadvertising.com.

The problem

ADROOM sells below-the-line media in the places Filipino shoppers actually look: the fascia and tarps of sari-sari stores, jeepney roofs, tricycle sidecars, palengke stall headers and terminal walls. That inventory is spread across many small storefronts and routes, and every wall has its own brand, contract dates and monthly fee.

A brand manager wants three answers quickly: which corners are open, what they cost, and proof that the poster actually went up. ADROOM’s operations and accounting team needs to see which contracts are about to expire and which walls have been paid for. A long slide deck and a spreadsheet can’t answer those questions fast enough.

What we delivered

WC1 Entreventures designed and built ADROOM’s web platform. It has a public site that explains the offer and takes bookings, with a live inventory map at its centre. Behind the site are two working desks: one for brands and agencies, and one for ADROOM’s own operations and accounting team. The platform is live at adroomadvertising.com. For now the map runs on a sample network, labelled as such on the site, ready for ADROOM’s own field list.

A live map as the main product

Every pin on the map is a sari-sari wall, and the coloured lines are JeepWraps routes. Tap a pin to see dated storefront photos, the signage material, the contract start and end, and the monthly posting fee. Pins are coloured by status: active, expiring within 30 days, expired, or live and available. Anyone can filter by region, city, status, brand and store type. The desk never shows store phone numbers.

Rates and packs a brand manager can approve in one meeting

  • An indicative rate card for monthly posting by location (NCR corners, residential barangays, key cities, provincial and rural towns) and one-time production costs such as tarpaulins, vinyl wraps and lightboxes
  • JeepWraps corridors priced per unit per month, each with a “Brief this line” or “Hold this line” action
  • Three 90-day coverage packs (Corridor 80, Archipelago 240 and Nation 789) that mix fascia, transit and palengke placements
  • A list of vacant and expiring walls, which ADROOM holds for 72 hours once it receives a written brief
  • A booking form covering every format, downloadable colour briefs for the brand meeting, and a WhatsApp line to the desk
  • Twelve channel formats explained in plain language, from sari-sari fascia and tricycle sidecars to waiting sheds, UV Express wraps and sampling teams

Desks for brands and for operations

On the brand / agency desk, a brand signs in and sees only its own walls on the map and in a ledger. It can also see which walls are live with no brand yet, and request more sites by region, format and quantity. Those requests go straight to operations.

The ops desk is password-protected. Operations uses it to add placements with storefront photos and contract terms. A daily footfall estimate (“eyeballs”), based on Philippine Statistics Authority barangay population data, fills itself in when a wall is saved. Accounting confirms paid requests there too, and once a request is confirmed the walls show up on the live map and on that brand’s desk.

An insights library the team runs itself

ADROOM publishes field notes on channels, rates and operations in an insights library on the site. The ops desk has a Word-style editor with headings, lists, colours, links and images. The team can draft and publish new notes without touching code.

Built for phones too

The map, rates and briefs work on a phone as well as a laptop. Every public page, both desk sign-ins and the insights articles have mobile layouts. The cookie notice says plainly that the site uses no ad pixels.

Outcome (public, verifiable)

ADROOM now has a single link that shows its offer, inventory, prices and proof-of-presence approach together: the public site, the live wall map, the rate card and packs, the insights library and the sign-in points for both desks, all live at adroomadvertising.com. The wall counts and booking figures on the site come from a labelled sample network, so we do not quote network size, bookings or campaign results on this page.
